Too often, foster care is defined only by brokenness, trauma, and failure. While the system needs meaningful reform, that is not the whole story.

Foster care is imperfect because it is built within an imperfect world. Yet when it works, it becomes a powerful example of hope, healing, restoration, and life-changing second chances.
